I was given a gift card for Christmas. Drove clear out to this location to use my gift card. Waited in a line of 6 people.... Ordered my 12 inch combo meal and went to pay with my gift card. Girl says what's that,? I told her a subway gift card. Shehollers to another girl that she doesn't know how to do it. The other girl nastily says our gift card machine is broken andthere's nothing we can do about it and we have a sign. I paid $12 and change for a dried out sub. I checked for a sign, none onthe door (where it should be), none at the register, there was a small white paper with black print in the corner near the chipswhere you don't even look at any point that may have been it. I won't go back. Rude employees and should have had sign on door.I wasted my own money, gas and time. They were also out of mayo! How do you run a sub shop with no mayo. Food was fine, but I had to stop the girl making my sandwich to tell her to wash her hands and put on gloves after using the... register, and handling the previous customer's dirty cash. She was just about to wrap up my sandwich dirty handed and gloveless.In the future please emphasize safe food handling with employees, especially right now! Thanks! Read more
They should teach the employees that double meat and double cheese means the same amount of a regular sandwich twice, I have... noticed this in several Subways that I have visited where they put less meat and less cheese. Read more
This place is pathetic! I realize right now people are supposed to practice social distancing but today I stopped here with my... young son while on the truck and the woman at the counter said we had to be six feet apart or we couldn?t order! Trash service. Didn't have half of the things we tried to order. I.e. veggie patty, bacon, cookies, different kinds of sauce.
The employee was very rude....refused to give me extra cucumbers.....she told me...she had gave me extra......then I asked her... for mayo.....lightly.....she caked on the mayo.....then she looked up and said...want more mayo?
