Do they still have a broken espresso machine don?t put. Note on the order menu last time o went there three months no espresso... machine I will not order ther coffee cause it taste old and nasty I mean come on who ever owns this Dunkin? do you your self afavor and sell it so many bad reviews they make Dunkin? look horrible I?ll go to Mary Lou?s where there coffee taste better andbetter prices I get a large from Mary Lou?s three times bigger and there service is always amazing bye bye Dunkin Read more

Last time I went here I had an issue where my coffee was made wrong so I went back in and asked them to remake the coffee. The... young man that was there forcibly refused to make my coffee and demanded that I present the receipt that he did not give me,otherwise he wasn't making my coffee. So I walked out having paid for a coffee with no coffee in my hand now and called thecorporate offices. They informed me that this would be handled and that they would have the store owner call me to rectify thisissue within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours never gotta call back so I called corporate again. This time they told me theyescalated the status of this issue apologized and told me that the owner would reach back out in 48 hours and if they didn'tthat corporate themselves would handle the matter. After another 48 hours I never got a phone call from the store owner,Corporate never followed up with me, and so here I am today still without the coffee that I paid for and with no acknowledgmentfrom any sort of supervisor or owner. I have told everyone I know about this I let them know how unprofessional this Dunkindonuts is and that it's easily the worst I've ever been in experience with. I felt disrespected by the young man that refusedto give me my remade coffee as he laughed at me walking out the door empty handed. Corporate will continue to hear about thisfrom me until it gets rectified. This place should be closed down and reported to the Better Business Bureau for its irrationalemployees and lack of unprofessionalism. Never giving this place my money again. Read more

I can never get my coffee the way that I like it here. They always make it differently and not how I asked. I can taste and... see the difference. Even though this location is most convenient for me, I will go out of my way to have my coffee made right. I'm not talking about a one time thing. This happens every time I go no matter the time of day. Very disappointing! Read more

First the drive thru employee gave me attitude because i did not want any pumking spice munchkin and then i asked for assorted... and only got glazed and chocolate glazed wow nelly... what a selection. Read more

The most horrible service I have ever had. Kim is not very nice when she is clearly wrong. The customer is ALWAYS right. She... misunderstood my order and embarrassed my family. I have lived in Cumberland for 22 years and I have never been so disappointed. I am going to actively pursue this just because she still thinks she's right. Kim H needs to be trained or retrained so thisdoesn't happen to another guest. I will never recommend this branch to anyone. Read more
