This location has the worst service I have ever experience. You are waiting in line for over 20 mins in drive thru with a closed... lobby. When you finally get to the cashier they don?t even have your stuff ready and you are waiting even longer. They look likethey prefer online orders versus drive thru. These guys get the most unfair reviews. They are working their hardest and are short staffed. People being nasty doesn't make... people want to work here! If you want to help the staffing problem be the kind of customer people want to get a job serving! Read more
Quite slow, very unorganized. Will leave you waiting for small mobile orders that they will lose behind the counter just long... enough to make sure you get cold food. They're quick to mark the unfinished orders as complete to keep their corporate numbersup though. Read more
This place has slid pretty much down the drain!! Limited hours:they sometimes close as early as 1:30pm!! Since they had a major... terrible slow service, waited at the menu board for over 5 minutes. I ordered an iced coffee, wake up wrap, and an avocado... toast. Coffee was made wrong twice and was still waiting on the food. We asked for a refund and one of the workers had the nerveto say we ?wasted her time?
