Went to get a coffee and sandwich at 330 pm. The girls was completely rude and told me "her sandwich station was down". I asked... what that meant and she said "We close at 5". I informed her that was an hour and a half from then and she rudely said "I knowbut yesterday I didn't get out until 6". How is that my problem? If this was my employer she would be fired. Read more
Both coffees were made wrong the place wasn't even busy I couldn't understand why. If they were trained to make the coffee... correctly then our coffee would have came out great because Honey dew is one of the best. Read more
I have been to this location several times. But today the associate refused to take my debit card. Stating that it was against... the rules for her to process it. Which was quite discouraging since I have used this same card several times beforehand,therefore I did not have any cash. So if you have AMEX then do not bother. There is one Woman their that is totally rude to everyone why she is dealing with people is beyond me. The place is clean... however now they are nickel and diming for Styrofoam cups. They mess up my order more often than they get it right it seems tobe the only honey dew like that. I have always been courteous and left a good tip usually go through the drive-through becauseit is convenient but there is a Dunkin down the road they cannot accept tips and they are much more pleasant I think I willstart taking the extra ride for the less than a mile or so that my morning starts off Well. This particular Honey Dew ???? establishment (on Mendon Road in Cumberland) is one of the BEST "chain" coffee shops I've ever... had the pleasure of stepping into! It's not just the fact that the ? is always fresh & hot (or cold if you prefer iced!), nor isit the fact that EVERY ????, MUFFIN, PASTRY, SANDWICH - you name it! - I've ever had has been incredibly delicious and extremelyfresh. It is the WONDERFUL, AMAZING, KIND, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF that takes the cake (or Coffee Cake muffin in thissituation). It feels like you're being taken care of by your own family members!!! I wouldn't choose ANY other place to get mycoffee, my treats, and my daily mood booster thanks to the truly wonderful people who take care such great care of me!! Read more
