The girls and I wanted a different experience and so we chose Suchi for dinner. We've seen this restaurant but never dined there... before. This was our first visit. The place was clean and the ambiance was cozy and laid back. Music was soothing and at theright level for conversation and still entertained. The food did not disappoint. It was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented.The staff was pleasant and anticipated our needs before we even asked. We recommend you visit even once or twice. We will bevisiting again. P.S. We really wanted to enjoy our visit at Blue Fin Sushi, but it wasn't possibile. The start was a decent one, being greeted by the... server and then the owner with a big smile. Even the lady at the sushi bar smiled, we felt welcomed. The appetizers werepromising, a tuna tartare and a seaweed salad. Even if our first choice, squid salad, wasn't available, so we opted for the twoI've just mentioned. Sadly we found a wall when we asked a very simple variation on an hibachi order: having fillet mignon andscallop together was too complicated. They offered salmon shrimp and scallop, fillet mignon and shrimp, fillet mignon andchicken but a simple fillet mignon and scallop was too complicated to execute. Or probably it was going to cost triple theprice... There was a "party", and the first "excuse" was that, then the new menu, then scallops can be ordered as a side... Andthis, in 3 separate interactions with the nice and patient and embarrassed waiter. When for the last time the waiter came totake our order we were done, almost 15 minutes passed just to try to order a simple hibachi. We asked for the check and theowner didn't even bother coming to talk to us or explain his reasons or anything at all... We took our time, finished our hottea to give time to a manger or the owner to come to say something, to talk to us... NOTHING. We left a little frustrate... i walked into this place spontaneously after a workout. wanted to try something different. first red flag should have been when... i was told that basic thai dinners in a thai diner were no longer offered. so i traded in panang curry for hibachi chickenbelow. lets start with the salad. i know hibachi salads are pretty bare but could you throw a tomato slice or cucumber on there.is lettuce by itself considered a salad? the soup was meh. now we get to the hibachi chicken entree. there is like a few babychunks of chicken. Saarku in the mall is a way better deal for half the price. and saarku loads up their ro go boxes withchicken and rice. you always leave feeling full. not here. still hungry after this meal. maybe my next culinary experiment willbe more filling. One Word: Heaven. I've been searching for a Sushi Cuisine that is Superior to all others. Today my fellow Mappers, I have found... it. Blue Fin! This place deserves more than 5 stars. My fellow Mappers, here is why: Setting: You and your family want Sushi,but are on a tight schedule and are later in the day as usual. You look for nearby Sushi Cuisines, and find Blue Fin. Resilientto go to a new place, you press 'Directions' You arrive at the place, and see a non-busy restaurant. Now if your me, this couldbe a Red-Flag. But Oh Boy, I could've never been more wrong with Prejudice. Costumer service: My waiter is nice, welcoming, andpositive. He takes our orders, and has a conversation with us while we wait! Not only are we nice, but took into place Ourneeds, our care, and treated us like family. Out of most (if not all) Restaurants, I've Never seen Such amazing Staff andCare. Food: You take the first bite of Sushi, and your tongue melts. You are given Goosebumps. That's right, I got Goosebumpsfrom Sushi! The food was so good that I ended up eating 12 Rolls! I don't think I've ever eaten food that good in my life. TheOwner: Nicest Man ever! He talked to us as well, and told us about his love of cooking! He Owns this restaurant like his house,with amazing Cleaning Quality, Care, and Respect. Him and his entire staff Treated us like long time family, even though we wereCostumers.
