Went in for breakfast, pulled up to pay and dropped my card in the car door, was rushing to give it to her and didn?t hear what... she said, asked to repeat herself and she did not, so I just paid and pulled up to the next window. Girl up at the next windowwas super friendly, but gave me the incorrect order so I let her know what my order was. She closed the window and I assumed shewas grabbing the right meal. The first woman suddenly opened the window and said (along the lines of) ?I asked you at the windowif that was the right order, sorry doesn?t cut it? and slammed the window shut. The first girl came back and gave me my order.In my opinion that was completely unacceptable behavior. I was willing to pay for my actual order (I think the one I paid forwas less expensive than my actual order) but her behavior showed me she didn?t want an actual solution, but rather an excuse tobe rude. I?ve worked in the food service for ages and I would have never thought of treating a customer like that. Also, despitethe entire ordeal, I was still missing a hash brown and a breakfast sandwich. Don't bother coming here. If they are going to ignore one side of the drive thru, they should just get rid of it and not make... the customer have to go inside to order. To call it bad service is an insult to the word service. Whoever trained them should befired.=- Read more

I've seen the late night team clear out a line wrapped completely around the building in less than 10 minutes with 4 people... working... Maybe 3. The late crew deserves some kind of bonus for the s#!t they put up with & still churn cars out at recordspeed. Read more

It's taken a while to write a review for this place. This has never been a great location, but today was the last time I'll be... there. I frequented this location 1-2 times a week for breakfast. As we can see by other reviews, the customer service at thislocation has gone downhill. Lately I've been handed food, almost tossed to me with no dialog at all. This morning when Ipulled up to the drive thru there was no greeting. Zero. I waited and waited. When the car that was behind me pulled up tothe speaker next to me, I politely said "Hello?" Just to make sure they knew a car was there. Nothing, yet again. Zeroresponse. When I heared the guy that was behind me now ordering in the speaker next to me, I repeated "Hello?", Now wondering ifthe speaker was broken. Still no response. When someone finally answered the speaker, I received a girl with a harsh attitudewho was offended that I was saying "Hello?" And started arguing with me as to why I was saying hello--keep in mind--I never gota greeting saying anything like "I'll be right with you, we're busy" etc. Nothing. I explained that I hadn't heard anything andthe car behind me was ordering before me. Then she told me that she would serve me because I simply wasn't sure if they knew Iwas there and I was asking Hellow. Atrocious, horrible customer service--if you call no greeting or aknowledgmemt at thespeaker any kind of service at all. Read more

Ordererd burger. And also get a box full of tarter sauce in the bag? Let?s say simple mistake. Maybe the driver in front, or... behind, ordered a box full or tarter sauce. Cool. No big deal. Just a note to the owner/manager, you could save some money byhaving employees dump it straight into bag and keeping the box. Read more

Not a big fan of McDonalds. However this location is always quick and has your order correct. This location is 5 stars. I just... don't prefer fast food. Read more

After what seems like my hundredth bad experience at this McDonald?s, I?m finally doing a bad review. I always use ?Please,Thank... you, Yes Ma?am, No Sir? It never fails to still have whatever worker give me attitude or ?purposely? forget or mess up and item.No straws is the most common. This was my ?McDouble? from today?s visit that finally threw me over the edge. Hopefully theowner/managers see this and have a staff team moral meeting, because whatever is going on currently, IS NOT WORKING. Read more
