The food was excellent and our cook was also! But the waitress and customer service in general was horrible! The waitress did... not listen to us and did not bring out the correct order. At the end of the meal, 2 in our party never received their steamedrice. I had to talk to her very loudly to get her attention. And to top it all off, they add on a $4 fee to use a debit orcredit card. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Read more
Totally disappointed. I ordered takeout from this restaurant a few months ago and the food was terrible. I understand people... have off days, so I have them the benefit of the doubt and tried again earlier this week. Mistake. My experience was just as badthe second time around. The staff was incredibly short, seemingly bothered, and unhelpful while ordering. I ordered the shrimp?fried rice? which was hardly fried/had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I also ordered a double order of rice (and confirmed itseveral times), yet received LESS than a normal portion. My brother and dad both ordered food as well and were equallyunsatisfied. Hibachi usually serves more than you can eat in one sitting, yet all 3 of us were still hungry and needed somethingelse upon finishing our meal. The 3 of us all ordered some variation of fried rice (for carry out, so we did not have the truehibachi experience) and spent almost $90 (before tip). I?ve actually never left a negative review before, but I felt this wasnecessary in hopes of preventing others from making the same mistake we did. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more

Absolutely terrible. Over priced! Prices don?t match menu online. My vegetables were floating in water. Zero flavor. Yum yum... sauce seems watered down. Chicken was over cooked. Ginger dressing on old salad was watery. Just terrible. Read more
The food was good and Chef was entertaining, everything pointed to a great experience until I got the bill. Gratuity was added... without my consent even know there is nothing that says they will add it the bill for a party of 7, they also included the taxin the gratuity. I don't tip on tax. I was willing to overlook them adding the tip even if it included the tax, but the strawthat broke the camel's back was when they added the 3.99% Credit fee on top. Digging for every Penney turned a fun night outwith the family into a night of regret. That $8.88 made me regret picking Osaka ?s to eat. It's not about the $$ it's about thefees and expectations. Phenomenal food, great service, awesome patrons . Super accommodating for my friends allergy and we really enjoyed the night.... Super clean and fast. My only complaint was it was a little hot right next to the doors and the soup was a little cooler than Ilike but DEFINITELY a repeat :) Read more
Could have given 5 stars for interiors. But Food was horrible so just one star. Too salty and sneaky fees. They charge extra for... putting vegetables in ur hibachi. Too expensive for bad quality food. My first time and will be my last. Read more
