The manager (I think) was SUPER AWESOME didn't catch her name, but she was SO kind helping me find a low sodium entree for a... friend in the hospital. Very young, wonderful attitude and needs a raise and promotion. I've not seen this kind of compassionin a fast food environment EVER. I hope the owner or Corp take good care of her. Terrible service at the drive thru. I have been sitting stuck in the drive thru for 26 minutes with only a couple cars served... during that time. Avoid like the plague if there is any line. Update. I waited 32 minutes in the drive thru to serve 6 cars. Iwas then given this garbage for a $10 deli sandwich. This location is absolute trash. It was bad before the pandemic and it hasonly gotten worse since. I have given this location several chances but I will never be back. Read more
I frequently visit for breakfast or lunch and most times my orders are incorrect or made wrong but I really don?t have time to... cause a scene or draw attention to the issue. This morning my bagel was super hard and I thought it was just me so I had one ofmy nurses try it to make sure I wasn?t being dramatic and she complained as well. The new chef sandwich was less than expected. without flavor but it would have been better if they had heated it more. The... spicy didn't have anything and the truth is that it confused me because in the commercials it looks delicious... Is this a prank? I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese, after first giving me the wrong bagel, which is fine mistakes... happen. I declined the offer to keep the bagel. She finally gives me the correct bagel and this is how it?s cut. how the hell ami supposed to split this? or even eat it? Normally I love Panera?s salads, but this time it was far from edible. There is obviously a quality inspection issue. From my... lunch today I found numerous amounts of rotted cabbage in my salad. Panera food is usually always yummy. This Panera is for the most part decently clean. The employees aren't the best at customer... service and they're not always very friendly. However, they do seem to get the job done decently most of the time. It's notunheard of to have to get them to fix one of our meals because they've missed or messed up something from our order. We do stillenjoy eating there and often utilize their drive-through. Honestly, it's the drive-thru that keeps us coming back. As a busyfamily of five, it's just really nice to have an option other than chicken nuggets when you're in a hurry! Read more
