It?s now apparently obvious why your reviews are so low. In placing an advanced order for 6 pizzas to be delivered 5 days from... now, the lady on the phone was rude, not helpful and had the expression that I was wasting her time. In trying to clarify theorder with the already poor communication I was receiving she then decided to hang up on me. I called the store back and threedifferent people came the phone but ironically this woman was not one of them and i was told no one else was there. I?m not mad.It?s just pizzas. However, perhaps your staff and their lacking phone skills could improve the ratings on your business. Hangingup on a a client that provides your profit is never acceptable. Read more

We have been waiting since 3 o?clock for a delivery and still not getting anything at 8:30! Bunch of kids working and probably... texting or doing TikTok while placing someone order so the delivery people gets wrong addresses !! Read more

This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened at this location. I usually don?t complain because I don?t want to be wasteful. If... you order pizza at any of the other locations in Atlanta you get a perfect pizza because they are owned by corporate. This isthe only locally owned franchise location in Atlanta. How hard is it to put sauce then cheese then meats on top. Missing cheeseon 1/3 of your pizza is ridiculous. Read more
Thin crust pizza no longer comes with garlic sauce we found that out after we ordered. Also ordered extra sauce did not receive... that. They did offer to remake the order because one of the pizzas were also made incorrectly, but with up to a 2 hour wait. Iusually have great experiences with this location but not this one. I believe that if you have someone purchase things to add onto your order they should be in your order. I get that a lot of locations are short staffed but this is about the current stafffollowing simple instructions. Read more
