Disappointed in this Taco Mac location. Made an order online and I bought the nachos all the way because the option was not... available for the queso con carne. Asked for no beans and no jalapeños. Went to pick up my groceries from the store, came homeonly to find there are beans all in the queso and no tortillas, just chips and the wings were dry. While they did provide arefund for the queso, the whole meal was just bad and I didn't eat it. Read more
Went there on a Sunday afternoon. The place was fully packed and we were a big party of 15 people, but the hosts were... considerate enough to accommodate us in their non serving parts with in the restaurant. Overall the food was good, but the waittime was a bit long probably because they were full in terms of occupancy. Good to go for grabbing few drinks and some qualityMexican food. Food was good and came out fast. Good atmosphere. We saw managers helping out on the floor which is great to see! Now for the... real reason for the review. Devin was our server. He has a 10/10 personality, fun to hang around, took care of us great! Earnedhimself a great tip that we could tell he appreciated! Management, please give props to this guy! Read more
I’ve been here twice recently and the quality of the food has degraded significantly. Not only do the chicken wings not taste... as good, but some are tiny(like laughably tiny), some aren’t edible because they’re so hard and crunchy, and they raised theprice. The cold French fries were a nice addition. The celery isn’t even green. At least the people were nice. I miss tmacfrom 20 years ago. Sadly they aren’t even close to the same as they used to be. This was complete and utter trash!!!!!! Idk why people think you can just cook peoples food any type of way. If you don’t want... to be at work then you shouldn’t go!!! Because it’s reflected through the way the food is made and presented. I will begetting a refund. !!!! Disgusting! Dry! Soggy! Undercooked! Old grease ! Too fishy!!!!! We've been here a few times to watch the football games and this was the 1st time that our food was cold. We waited a long time... to receive it so when it arrived we did eat it. My husband was too hungry to wait another 40 minutes ???? We sat at the barand Bailey our bartender was great. We told her the food was cold and asked for some "hot" French fries needless to say theywere not. It's our bad for not returning the food.
