Update: the missing items have always been at the fault of the restaurant (not the delivery drivers) since the bags come stapled... shut. We?ve ordered delivery several times and every single time, something has been missing. The noodle dishes are good and wewould love to keep ordering but it?s very disappointing when you?re order is delivered incomplete since your not going to drivethere to have it fixed. Read more

Giving them even one star is generous. Not only did I check with the cashier to make sure that my drink was correct, they... managed to completely mess up the entire drink. The tea flavor was correct. I ordered a fruit tea with popping boba. When thecashier was checking me out, the screen with my order on it said there was rainbow jelly included, in which then I told thecashier I only wanted popping boba, no jelly. She confirmed that, and then when I got home , i did not have popping boba, i onlyhad jelly in my drink. I am thoroughly frustrated with the service and for a 6$ drink, i will not come back. Wanted a light lunch today and their bowls were the perfect size for that. And reasonably priced. Decided on the Citrus Teriyaki... Glaze which came out in no time. It was hot, made with fresh ingredients, and contained a unique sweet n sour flavor to it.Actually, Tin Drum just has its own unique style to everything they do I guess lol Great customer service from the staff too.Looking forward to trying other menu options in the near future.
