These guys don't care & it shows... they will serve whatever just to serve it! Your either gonna have overcooked fries, burnt... bread, or no sauce on your sandwich.. these guys are pathetic. Wont waste my $$ here again. Oh, and the "manager" " Randy", ispoke with on the phone might need to learn a thing or two about management cause clearly you don't care if you allow yourlocation to fail consistently. Thumbs down. SO the food is still great and the customer service here is amazing, but the prices and the portions are terrible. I paid right... around $10 for a Zalad and it was literally the smallest amount of salad I've ever received. I stopped going to Zaxbys for thisreason, I can go to ingles and make my own salad for $2 and its a reasonable portion. I thought maybe I'd give them anotherchance, still disappointed. -Gave them another chance today but today I ordered a 10 piece boneless meal and instead of gettingthe 10 I paid for I got 9 small boneless nuggets.. smh Read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru on our way home just for two drinks. The young lady at the window was super... friendly and quick. My husband even told her she was the most pleasant drive thru employee he ever met. This location is alwayson point. Its the last place we have to stop before we get home and I'm glad they are there! I've noticed the food and service has been going down hill at this location. The salads I have ordered have been a joke and the... kickin chicken has been lacking in sauce while the price is still so high. Just meat and plain bread. The girls once where greatworkers but now they seem to have attitudes. Might be different management that could be the problem. I hope they get their acttogether soon. Read more

Half the salad must have disappeared during delivery, chicken is cold, and no Texas toast. Avoid this location like the plague.

I have been going to this location for years with no problems. Until now when the staff and more important the so called manager... can not fix a printer that gives receipts to outside drive up. The center of all receipts are missing causing all drive ups notable to use loyalty app. This has been going on for over 6 months and they will not fix the simplest thing to correct problems.Also so called manager will not fix problem or inform owner. So owner you have lost a loyal customer over your poor managementof your store. Read more
