When I arrived at the store, I found loud music was being blasted and no one was at the counter. I waited around for a while,... and called out for someone to help with my pickup order - but no one can hear me because of the exceedingly loud music. Ifinally found an employee in the back (he identified himself as Adam, the store manager) - however, instead of helping me withthe pickup, he berated me to coming to find him and threatened to call the police. Somehow trying to pick up an order I paid foris now a crime... I like the Chipotle recipe though. Just have to make sure to avoid this particular store. Read more
can't believe they just didn't include ANY beans in my order and didn't bother to tell me. How busy are you that you can't even... have the respect to call someone and let them know? what a joke. order anywhere else. I hope this place closes down becausethey don?t do the bare minimum to provide food and constant complaints. Ordered via website and for 7 people and came to pickup within 10 minutes. The food was almost ready (had to wait 5 minutes)... which to me looks super fast. Never use the app when ordering from this place. Once the meat prep cook was done, the one that was supposed to finish the order... decided to clean and collect trays from different parts of the kitchen while the burrito was open and exposed for a good 7-10minutes. As I was sitting there waiting, regular customers had their food made and took off well after I was there. I ordered myfood 20 minutes before. The prep cook had to finally take over as I mentioned that the food was getting cold. Even the computerlabeled my order as LATE on their screen. What irritates me the most is how I was waiting for a long while and nobodyacknowledged my presence while other customers have long since left. I?m literally waiting for the burrito to get wrapped up soI can get going. What is the purpose of ordering ahead when all you do is wait while others get their order from the counter. Ihonestly can say that nobody that works there really has an interest in customer awareness. A simple acknowledgment is astart. My burrito was made all wrong. It was breaking apart, completely soaked! The outside of the aluminum package was messy and... dirty. They put the tomato salsa instead of the hot. I paid for guacamole and there was no guacamole in my burrito. The worstpart was the fajitas were basically raw. Worst chipotle I?ve ever had. Why are they still doing take out only? I've come here probably 3-4 times a month. I can say the service is consistently bad. Multiple times I arrived past my ETA, and... my order was not ready, both when the store was busy and when it was empty. I sat in the store for a good 10 minutes once whilecustomers came in and ordered and left and nobody even acknowledged me, even when I stepped up to the pay counter multipletimes.
