Non-responsible service: no status updates, no sense of liability for ruining expected timeline. Left a cell phone for screen... repair on Monday. Was told the delivery will take 2-3 days and will cost 180$. Checked the status on Friday - they received awrong screen size. The new screen was expected to be delivered on Saturday. Eventually screen was delivered *next* Wednesday andwork was done the next day. I asked what's the total price, and was told the same initial 180$. After my question whether it isnormal to pay full price for a service which took 3-4 times more time than expected - received a 20$ discount. When theyreceived a wrong screen, I didn't get any notice, as well as they didn't use a fast delivery to order a new one. Guys workingfor themselves, not for customers. So here are my 2 stars: 1 for service quality, 1 for that phone was actually repaired. Read more

The shop owner is very friendly and polite. The price is reasonable. The work was done very fast and its quality is excellent. I... went there for fixing my Nexus 5's broken screen. They told me I needed to wait for 2-3 days for screen delivery, which is quitereasonable. Then I visited the place a second time near its close time. The gentleman kindly received me, even though it'salmost out of its regular operation hours. In the blink of an eye, the work was done. I am very happy about the fix. Lee is really fast, got my iphone 6 screen fixed in less than 20 minutes, it looks like brand new. Apple store want to charge... me $200 more and get a refurbished phone, I am glad I found fast repair, they also have other locations, which has been aroundfor long time, definitely will refer cell phone repair business to them.
