Good place for quick pho fix. The food was hot and fast. Nice bright atmosphere.

Have been going there for takeout for many years (more than 10 or may be 15), and have observed a steady decline in quality,... until I got tired of spitting out the pieces of meat I couldn't chew through. I have stopped going there a little over a yearago, and have recently gone back again - even worse than I remembered it. Some of the food looked like it has been reheated anumber of times, and didn't get the correct sauces with the meals. Even worse quality of pork meat. They also changed the veggiemix they serve with vermicelli pork - no more sprouts. Read more

I have gone to Pho Hoa chain off and on for nearly 20 years. Having a hiatus for the last three years or so due to covid I was... looking forward to going back. The good news was my food was pretty good. I pretty much get beef pho (#1); it was unchanged as Irecall except the price was a lot more than I think I've paid in the past, nearly $14. My wife and kids were generally happywith what they got although they were not overly excited for the pop corn chicken, and the chicken in the chicken and rice platethey said it was too dry. They liked the original Thai Boba. Overall our bill came to nearly $100 for five meals and threedrinks ... I don't recall it being as expensive as this in the past. It was a cold day so a hot piping bowl of pho sounded good! At the entrance, they had a sign that said they were low on staff. I... waited around for a while, and just when I was about to leave someone came over and seated me. It took some time to order andfor my food to arrive. I did get my drink first but it took another visit of the waitstaff to ask for a straw. This is a bubbletea with plastic film on top that had to be punctured, so a straw should be given without request. The pho itself wasunderwhelming. The soup was quite thin, not the rich broth I was craving. The meat quality is just ok. I totally understandabout being understaffed during this time, and wouldn't have held it against the restaurant. However, the meal itself wasunsatisfying. Came here for a drink on a hot summer day. This was our first time back in years. The space inside was pretty big, just like I... remembered. There was no other customers when we walked in. The staff greeted us well and took our order, however I wish theyhad given us recommendations or offered more help since they weren't busy. We ordered the buzzin' Berry, thai tea, and lycheeExplosion. The buzzin' Berry was decent. It reminded me of Quickly. It tasted like it sounded in the description. There werepieces of strawberries in the drink, but I don't think that they were fresh strawberries. It seemed like the strawberries werecooked down and came from a syrup mixture. The Thai tea was watered down. It had the color of Thai tea but not the flavor. Thelychee explosion was decent. It had a decent amount of lychee pieces in the drink. The boba in every drink (except the lycheeexplosion) was VERY soft. It was edible but too soft for our liking. Overall, the experience was only okay. The drinks were notthe best quality and the service was only okay. I felt that the drinks should have been made better since they've been open fora long time and they weren't busy at all. Taste is good. Service is nice. Not cheap for the portion. My favorite is the spicy pho. Rice dishes are good too.

Haven't been here in years since there are so many pho place to go to. The decor certainly is a big improvement from many years... ago, bright, open, pleasant! The staff, though, needed to smile a bit to match the decor. The soup base was reasonably good,tasty and flavorful. The meats and noodles were average. They sell drinks also which I didn't try.
