Other locations are playing horrible music choices on a system that plays them at the same time everyday. I ordered the same combo of venti cap iced espresso in many Starbucks stores with less ice or no ice option. But this one just... gave me a half empty cup?!?! After I talked to the staff there and got the reply of ?it?s expected because it?s espresso? Iunderstand espresso is ?little? but we have the venti cap option with other customized stuff. then what makes this store?sexpectation different with other Starbucks?? I've been gone for a bit and just went to what used to be my Starbucks Reserve location and it is gone. What happened? This is... a regular Starbucks now and nothing wrong with that, but a regular Starbuks is not why I would drive to this location. Sad tosee. I hope they open another Reserve location nearby. Extra special, extra smooth served in a black cup. A bag of Reserve coffee beans will cost double the regular Starbucks. The... limited upscale version takes the ordinary out and replaces it with specialty producers of coffee beans that results in a verysmooth coffee specifically tailored to make you feel extra entitled if only for as long as the cup last, so upgrade to thelarger cup beacuse the number of Starbucks Reserve stores is extra limited. Staff was pleasant and it looked like in full strength but backed up. Lines for ordering (I was there for 30 min) did not fall... below 6 people. Rate of coffee getting placed for picked was one every few minutes, which I think is very slow for a full stafflocation. There is room to sit inside and out, place was loud and parking was busy in there area also. As the name suggest,there is a Reserve location and they serve cold brew and nitro here also. Read more
This branch is 5 star to me in comparison with other Starbuck branches. So why?! First of all, the level of cleanness is... acceptable. Per the espresso machine hopper(attache photo), along sitting and working area cleanliness the meet my criteria totrust their drink. Secondly, they are fast to manage the line. Thirdly, they are well stocked with products such as sandwicheswhich usually is out on evening time. (All the photos was taken around 5:00 pm.) Read more
They didn't have short cups. I can't drink a tall coffee. Had to convince the barista to charge me a short and pour the drip... coffee in a tall cup. Read more
