I guess I'm just used to the Starbucks on the other side of the valley where the kids hustle, over the past few weeks I've... noticed the staff here is to preoccupied to offer good customer service, food orders forgotten, several times in the morningwhen I've been the only customer and I have to remind them, Saturday was lukewarm coffee, the Friday before don't know what itwas they gave me, sure wasn't a Mocha, but this morning was the kicker. opening time is 5 am. I got there at 5:30, not open,the two people working there ignored me and other customers, several who left, before opening about 5:50. Delicious cup of coffee, professional staff, good parking. However, much needed repairs - leaking ceiling, high pitch electronic... sound from A/C or fan continues on and on with no resolution for weeks. Clearly corporate and regional staff are not making thecustomer experience a top priority. If you can find a more peaceful caring coffee shop - go there instead. Read more

Its my go-to place. Very good customer service. It gets little crowded during rush hours, but they do it with... professionalism. Always will be my goto spot. Read more

Busy location and it shows. Every occupied table usually has at least one laptop. At least they make good drinks.

Okay sized store, with lots of outdoor seating. Bright, colorful decor, comfortable ambience! Ordered a hot latte, but got an... iced latte instead. The staff did offer to make a new one, though. Read more

Faster service than some others in the area, nice art, lighting, finishes. Music is occasionally a bit loud and cacophonous for... me, and the seating is more "mass" than nookish, still a great shop. Read more
