We stopped at Yiassoo as we were really looking for good greek food and we found it! We both had a simple Gyros Plate containing... a Gyro sandwich (Beef and lamb mixed with spices, topped with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, onions all wrapped in pita bread) andserved with fries (or rice) and a side of Greek salad. Excellent choice - delicious and sauce was amazing too and tasty wholegreek black olives in the salad. Unfortunately we ate it at 3pm and had no appetite at dinner time but a good complaint to have! I had the chicken souvlaki and it was both very good quality and actually quite aesthetically prepared! The right amount of... tomato and yogurt sauce was added, not to overshadow the main attraction, the quality grilled chicken breast. The soft pita wasfresh too. Sitting on the outside patio under the golden sun rays added to the overall experience. Got to try the moussaka nexttime! Read more
Pretty looking place, visible as you drive on the De-Anza road. They serve great Greek cuisine. Fresh baked pita has a nice... crunch yet soft on the inside. I wouldn't recommend it for a large group. It's perfect for a quick lunch/dinner. Read more
I had falafel and it was amazing. The gyros were also good. Ordering over the phone is a little odd though as after ordering... ahead many times they have never asked for a name for the order. I would still highly recommend this place though. Read more
