This place has gone really downhill since the last time I visited a few years ago. Called and ordered takeout. For 2 people good... was almost $50 and the meal didn't even come with a side of rice and beans. I ordered that on the side. I only received a giantbowl of rice, no beans. My tamales were rock hard like that had sat under a heat lamp way too long or been microwaved. Overallthe quality of the food was mediocre and I was disappointed. Read more

I work with the Abbyland pork plant in Curtiss and provide shipping for their products. I wanted to treat the shipping team with... a few apps and tacos to munch on. Mariah went out of her way to make sure they received a personalised message with thedelivery!! Awesome service and I hope to one day visit my self. Read more

While passing through Abbotsford, we noticed a Mexican restaurant and decided to check it out. Our waitress seated us, took our... orders, and brought drinks right away. I got the delicious grilled chicken tacos. My wife had the yummy taco salad. Salsaand guacamole were outstanding. Good sized portions. The prices were very reasonable. Read more

Always friendly treat me like family food is pretty good.. Update 4 years later. Kyle the old manager is no longer there. The... one holding the margaritas. For my understanding it has changed hands and they changed the menu to a more Americanized version. And then it changed Is owners yet again. I was talking to the manager And they are trying to get the menu back to where it was.I had the fajitas and a chimichanga. Both were good. My only complaint does they need to turn the lights down. As one guy saidit looks like a high school cafeteria in there. I'm gonna give it 3 stars for now until I have a chance to go back in thefuture. Read more

Remodeled, now called just Norteno. Subpar food. I had the classic fajita. Meat was flavorless but tender with no seasoning.... Rice was overcooked and stuck together in clumps. Even the chips and queso were bad. So easily fixed by purchasing decentquality food, seasoning the meat. Themargarita was good, so was the service. Read more

Bad first. Hands down the worst salsa I?ve ever had at any Mexican restaurant ever. It was literally pico and what I assume was... extremely watered down cholula sauce. I also felt rushed to eat normally people wouldn?t complain about ordering and 5 minutesgetting their food but I wasn?t in a hurry. Portions however was awesome couldn?t even finish my chicken burrito. Burrito wasn?tbad considering how fast I got it. Spanish rice tasted instant and cheap. Prices are fair I had a beer and the burrito whichcame with refried beans and Spanish rice for 13.50$. Neat place improve on the salsa and add a full bar business might improve. Read more
