Always incredible! Walleye with almonds was worth the $30! Can’t go wrong with anything here.

Great service, the food was amazing. My husband had the Cajun seasoned Alaskan halibut with a shrimp Cajun cream sauce, and I... had the sautéed walleye with almonds and lemon butter sauce. Delicious! Will definitely go back! Read more

We had heard good things about this place so we were excited to give them a try. Made a reservation on Friday, 08/12/2022 for... 8pm. We were sat at our table and a server promptly took our order. From there, the experience was entirely terrible. It tookover 30 minutes just to receive our appetizer. We barely saw our server after she took our order. We sat for another 60minutes waiting for our food order. Neither our server nor the manager ever came by to give updates or explanations on why ourfood was taking so long. They just acted as if waiting 90 minutes was the norm. We were contemplating canceling our order andleaving, and I wish that we’d done that. The food, when it finally arrived, was subpar. The $17 fish and chips and the $28blue crab mac-n-cheese were not at all worth the money. The fish tasted like burnt deep fryer oil and the mac-n-cheese had abizarre aftertaste that I can’t describe but it wasn’t good. My wife took her mac-n-cheese leftovers (she had eaten maybe 5bites) because they cost $28 but we just decided to throw them away upon reaching our hotel because we knew neither of us wouldeat it. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but from a food quality and service quality standpoint, this place wasabsolutely terrible. I’d recommend the Castaway Club on Lake Alex instead of The Landing for anyone visiting the area. Either that, or make the drive to Brainerd or Little Falls. Don’t waste your money at The Landing. The food and the staffjust make it an expensive waste of time. Read more
