My husband and I used online ordering twice and both times the orders were wrong. When we called to tell them it was wrong--both... times--they didn't care. Why did we go through this twice? Because sometimes people/restaurants have bad days. I now know thisis the norm. The employees clearly expressed they don't care about our business so we will not go back to this location. This subway is joke anymore they are so rude even the manager. I had made a formal complaint and still haven't heard back!
The service wasn't great but the sandwich was pretty good.
What happened to the old staff? Went tonight and it was ridiculous. We almost just walked out. 4 people working, we were the... only customers and it took forever to even get acknowledged! They seemed very easily distracted and it took so long for 2sandwiches. Sandwich was not as good as usual, they skimped on a lot of the ingredients. 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long? (1staff at the table on their phone, probably on break, so I get it. 2 talking by the drive through window. & the girl making oursandwich. There was also a 5th girl training) Read more
