They get one star only because 0 isn't an option. First the girl on the speaker was very rude, rushing us as I try to let 3... daughters read the menu. After being told specifically that the potatoes were in meals so I didn't have to order extra, we droveaway and found no potatoes. I turned back to get them but when I called to let them know about the mistake I was told that nopotatoes were included in any meal. Then the beef Supreme I ordered turns out to be bean burrito. Short version we had a 30something dollar snack and still had to cook at home. Horrible. Read more
The employees are always nice and friendly. The food is sometimes decent and sometimes not but Ima keep eating it. ;)

Food cold, shell were hard, for a soft tacos. Husband got wrong food. Went back to counter , employee was rude, wouldn't correct... order. 14.00 wasted.0 stars. Read more
Both my drink and my food were wrong, luckily I noticed the drink before pulling away, but didn't notice the incorrect food item... till I was on the road. Called to ask for a refund and was refused. Do not eat here under any circumstances unless you're finewith receiving an incorrect order that the store refuses to make right. Completely unacceptable. Read more
I would've only gave it a 1 star but for the friendly cashier. And whoever took my order. They were professional. I ordered a... cheese quesadilla. The cheese was almost nonexistent. The good is actually a 1 star. It's a shame. I use to really like TacoBell. Read more
So i was so excited to finally go to taco bell but I was severely disappointed we ordered from the kiosk and only had 2 things... modified or special we got our food pretty quick but my daughter's quesadilla we asked for cheese only she doesnt eat meat atall so we took it back they remade it the lady at the counter was very nice and apologized then they forgot her slush n told usthey were out of the one we ordered so she gave her a bigger size bc she forgot it and they were out of what we wanted but thenwe had ordered a box meal with a regular chulupa and a double chulupa the double was perfect very good but the regular chulupathe shell was so hard we couldn't even bite it so my husband just went n bought another and asked if they'd make it fresh andone kid from the kitchen was complaining loud enough we could hear him from the back table then when they called for us to getit they said "fresh chulupa" like being rude so that shell was hard as a rock as well idk if they are overcooking them or whatbut they are NOT supposed to be like rocks and while we were there 2 other ppl came in and they had messed up orders as welllike i said the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful but the chulupas are horrible the kitchen ppl may need moretraining or something I wont be going back for awhile n hopefully they get it together itd be a nice addition to Cushing if itwas actually worth eating at!!!! I want you to Taco Bell a little after noon they were busy I ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos a 12 pack of soft tacos and two... enchiritos.
