My large 4 topping pizza was made wrong and told the delivery driver it needed to be fixed. He told me to call the store to get... it corrected. I called the local number and your get an automated answering system. The first attempt I pressed 3 to talk to themanager and I was immediately disconnected. Got through to the store the second time and once again disconnected. I ended updriving to the store(negating the whole point of having pizza delivered in the first place) to talk to a human being. I showedhim the pizza I was given and he goes oh we are out of mushrooms and points out there are some pieces of bacon but clearly noton the whole pizza. The customer should be told that something is not available at the time of ordering not after it is made. Read more

Super friendly manager and pizzas were ready within 15 mins. Pizzas were piping hot and tasted real good.

The pizza toppings were all mixed up. The staff wasn?t willing to make any changes. The pizza tasted gross?way too much sauce.... Then I believe they grossly overcharged us, (about $25 too much) but couldn?t get a detailed receipt. The restaurant wasempty, and now I can see why. I will never go to that location again! Read more

We got to town fairly late but with enough time to order and receive pizza before closing time, so I quickly ordered via the... app. App advised pizzas would be done in 15 minutes and when I arrived at the location I was to click the button that let theemployee know I'd arrived, which is what I did. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went inside to pick up my pizzas as no onebrought it out as requested. Pizzas were on the counter, not in a warmer. When I opened the pizzas to make sure they were mine,I noticed they were over cooked. I mentioned it but got a deer-in-the-headlights response. I pre-tipped when I paid via theapp, so there seemed to be no attempt to EARN the tip. They were closing in 5 minutes, so I just took the pizzas and left. WhenI arrived home, in better light, I discovered both were over cooked, but also The Edge pizza had some kind of seasoning DUMPEDall over it. It was tooooo much, inedible. Again, no attempt to EARN my money but too late. I will never go to this locationagain as I live in between this one and another one, so I DO have options. Read more

We arrived at the restaurant after trying to find a place to eat and a couple of the staff were outside taking care of a few... things so we were able to ask if they were open. The amazing service started at that moment. We were tired and weary and hadbeen trying to find something that was open and serving food. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waitressDavida was the sweetest thing. Very attentive to our needs including my allergies. Thank you so much for making our day better. Read more
