I placed an order online. Once I got to the window to pick up I'm told it wasnt paid for yet. So I informed them that my order... was cold and requested a new one made. I was then informed that "they just took it out of the oven." Once I got home and beginto fix my plate, I realized my cheese bowl was empty. Whenever I went back they constantly argued with me saying that's whathappens when it cools off. I cannot count the times this dominos has delivered pizza with up to 3 slices having no toppings on them, very poorly prepared.... How many times can you forget the sauces I've paid for or given sauces I didnt ask for? I am very tired of these mishaps from aplace my family loves to eat from. This is the second time this week I order from this store and y?all have messed up my order. I?ve noticed it?s very hard for... your workers to follow simple instructions. I ordered my cinnamon twist over the app, when I did, I put in the deliveryinstructions to add extra sauce because you never put enough. After I made my online order, I then called the store personallyand spoke to Terry and told him I wanted extra sauce on my order and he said he would take care of it. However when my foodarrived it was not what I wanted at all. My first delivery driver Patrick was amazing and when my second delivery driver Terrycame back to deliver my remade food he was very apologetic and very nice about it. However I feel as though whoever is on boardneeds to reevaluate their career if they wanna be this sloppy they should try McDonald?s or Wendy?s. Several times I?ve noticedmy app said that Ray was preparing my food. If he can?t get it together he should be removed or demoted I would also like to beput in touch with Penny so I can express my concerns. It was also brought to my attention by one of the workers that their bosstold them that they need to speed up the pace and become faster. However I do not agree with this because you cannot followsimple instructions and it?s too hard for your workers to comprehend and work at a fast pace at the same. Therefore they shouldslow it down and take their time so you don?t get bad reviews. Also I would not recommend this store to anyone if anything Iwould tell people to stop attending your store because of how horrible your food is being made. Something should definitely bedone about this even if that means firing everyone and getting a whole new team. I hope you take my review into considerationand focus more on customer satisfaction and food quality versus speed of production. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and pineapple pizza. More thin crust than hand tossed, I had an unidentifiable piece of meat... on my pizza. Took over an hour to get it deliverEd when the website said 33-43 minutes. Called the store, all that was said washe left about 15 minutes ago and didn't over to fix any of the mishaps.
