It was below Ok. The pieces of chicken were extremely small, I bought the 12 pc, and that was the smallest pieces ever. $32 and... the pieces were the sizes of wings. Was disappointed. Are y'all having trouble with buying chicken? I complained once before forgiving me burnt onions, ask to speak to manager, she was in back and refused to talk to me. This all falls back on poor management. I ask the 2 cashiers would you eat this? Both said we don't eat onion rings. That wasn't the point the point iswould you eat burnt food that you spent good money on it. Very, very bad attitude. Read more
I visited this location at or about 2 PM on a Thursday. There is 2 customers in the dining area eating. It took 5 mins for the... crew to pause their conversations and tell the cashier she had a customer. Cashier comes and take my order, turns around to fixit and notices they are out of mild chicken completely. So she then tells them to drop mild chicken and asks me do I want spicy?I reply no and get a refund and leave. Read more
Delicious every single time and not had a single complaint. Always received quickly even when ordering a lot of items. Staff... were always polite and friendly. May have been lucky despite reading some reviews here about rudeness going on lately. Greatvalue for your money in any case. Food that can last you few days. Read more
Went for my lunch break to get some Popeyes and had to sit there for 20 minutes and still all I got told was welcome to Popeyes... I'll be with you in a minute so like I said sat there for 20 minutes and wind it up having to leave and go get my lunchsomewhere else what great customer service!!!
