Mikey is always very charismatic, knowledgeable and productive on the drive thru. They need to train these people better. I have been going all week getting the same thing and today on Saturday it taste NOTHING... like the rest of the week. Literally just coffee and no pumpkin spice. Can they please be trained to make it the same!?! Alsothey don?t even fill it up 70% of the way. At least fill it up !! Every time I come try the Starbucks I am more disappointed!Came here again today mid October for a pumpkin spice latte. When the whip cream melts I don?t even have a medium size coffee. This place is great. It's does have a drive thru and a really nice one. It's as busy as every other starbucks, you can easily... add this as part of your daily commute. The drive thru is also pretty high tech there's an screen that shows you exactly whatyou ordered and provide the price even before you get to the window. Read more
