Open 24 hours? Just went there and they said they're not doing Baskin and Robbins then what the heck are you doing
I meant to upload this in October when it happened but I just got busy. I called to get a standard unicorn ice cream cake last... minute for my daughters birthday party -placed my order and went about my day.Her dad went behind my back and got the exact samecake- same flavors and all. I called back and asked if they could change it up a little bit. Maybe make it rainbow- I said thatI didn?t care how it changed the cake price I just wanted her to have one that was uniquely from me. When I tell you this storeand the young lady who made this cake went above and beyond I mean it. I have gotten cakes in Florida at high end bakery?s thathad month long waiting lists and this is the most beautiful cake I have ever purchased. My daughter was thrilled- literallylaughed when she saw it. I have never in my life had someone ?understand the assignment? quite like the team at this store whenI asked if they could change up the unicorn cake to something rainbow and beautiful for a three year olds birthday. This is the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever visit. The staff awkward, I visited store twice in different month. They don't hear... you well and they don't accept to talk to them in window when you are in drive thru, also they don't accept to show you what youordered looks like you buying fish in sea. I spent 3 mins to explain ordering milkshake and the man there never spent his timeto understand what my order is and I called it off with no ordering anything because they don't speak in window just by mic. This is more so for the quality in customer service. As this place stands, YES! This is open 24hr. Its just very hard to... notice. Me and my Gf were ready to get some ice cream. ( I work third shift ) it was around 5 am when we pulled to the locationand at first glance all of the lights were out where Baskin Robbins is but the coffee place was still open or ATLEAST wethought. Pulled up to the speaker and tried to order multiple times. We genuinely thought it was closed and head towards thewindow. We pull up to see people and ask if we could get our order we thought it was closed. Said "no problem" mind you we werethe only people pulling in. But we ask for 2 qt sized ice cream. She goes and gets them and sorta has an attitude with the wayshe was talking and almosy kept repeating "Only 45 min" and then when the window was closed her cussing or getting upset that weordered Ice cream. Needless to say I wont EVER get ice cream here. Not even during the day time as from what others are pointingout rude rude rude rude. Read more
2nd time I have been here and they are out of waffle cones. Why have a special going if you can't provide the offer. Very... disappointed! That Jamocha Almond Fudge is delicious! Definitely a flavor to try! Read more
Out of waffle cones again. I'm beginning to think the got rid of them. The pralines and cream ice cream was still yummy though.
They have been out of peanut butter topping for so many months I lost count. They are consistently out of things. They may as... well close this location because the the other local ice cream places have flavors and toppings and will put them out ofbusiness anyway. Sad really Read more
