Holy goodness this place is amazing. A burger place you can get draft beer at? Had never seen one of these while we?re driving... thru cuyahoga falls. Restaurant was super clean and we got our order taken real quick. While walking we spied these amazinglyfried and stacked onion rings so we had to try those. We both got the fi burger. It was prepared with love. Most places slaptheir burgers together and this was assembled perfectly. Delivered to our table nice and hot. The bread is toasted and thebranded touch is nice. The onion rings were as good as they looked. Appreciated the coke machine with a million flavors. Itried a cream soda and later diet ginger ale. Really loved this love and wish there was one by home. I love burgerfi so much, I'm very saddened the one in mentor closed, but I drove an hour to have this for lunch on my birthday... and I enjoyed every bite of it. Very friendly and helpful staff were amazing and hopefully I can come back again soon! Read more
My daughter and I were excited to try BurgerFi but we were very disappointed. This was one of the worst burgers I've ever had.... It was very thin, small and over cooked. The onion rings and French fries were tasteless. We paid almost $30 for 2 juniorburgers, a regular fry, and regular onion ring, nothing else. If the food was good I wouldn't mind spending the money. Burgers were pretty good (bacon burger and CEO), but not quite worth the price. Onion ring batter was awesome, but the onions... weren't cooked all the way, they were just barely translucent. The frozen custard shakes were awesome and definitely worth theprice though! Staff was friendly and got our food to us quickly. The main reason I gave a 3 star is for the price, the burgersare not quite worth the price. Tasty, but 5 Guys is comparable for less $$$. Read more
My boyfriend and I came here for a vegan burger for lent. The bun was so soft and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious,... one of the best veggie burgers I?ve had in a long time. Their fries are super crispy and taste really good with the Parmesanaioli sauce. Highly recommend if you want a good veggie burger! Read more

My 8 year old smashed the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. He absolutely loved it. Burgers are a bit pricey but they're good.
