We went through the drive thru and spent $50! We realized one of our sandwiches was missing so my boyfriend took the receipt... inside and asked for the sandwich. The woman with really short brown hair gave him a really hard time and WOULD not give him thesandwich. I had to go in there and tell her we got 3 combos, we have 3 fries and 3 drinks but only 2 sandwiches. She gave it tome without a problem which literally took 5 seconds because the sandwich was already sitting there!!!! I have never ever hadsuch ridiculous customer service!!! The only problem I can see is that my boyfriend is BLACK and that was the only issue shehad!!!! You will no longer receive my business, I am appalled and disgusted!!! Read more
We stopped by this place, to pick up our meal to go, on our way home from busy day. I have to give this place "Kudos", as it... was Very Busy, in the Drive-Thru, however, it ran like a well oiled machine!-:)???? Even though the drive thru lines were crowded and the inside line was long, service was efficient and moved fairly quickly. The last four times I have come here they have messed my order up where I have had to go inside and correct it. I don?t... understand what is so hard about clicking an option on an ipad and correlating it with what you put in a bag and hand to acustomer in a drive through. Get someone more competent taking orders and bagging. It?s really not rocket science I promise. Read more
