Waited an hour for a pickup order that I had already placed on the app. They were understaffed and busy, which is... understandable, but for some reason, they thought it was a smart idea to only help walk-ins and completely ignore pickups. Overan hour passes before I get my order and of course I get home to find the wrong order. Will not be stepping foot in thisChipotle ever again. Read more

Pleaae note that when we next come to your store -at whatever time- and you are out of an offered product and you attempt to... charge full price for half service the transaction will be reported as an act of theft. The intention will be to have thestore's business license revoked. This time, the store on Howe Road was out of fajita peppers, white rice, black beans, whitebeans and *cheese* . How do you run of cheese? A product with a shelf life measured in weeks? Yet the store's manager chargedfull price with no explanation or apology. It appears Chipotle has deliberately adopted 'running out of product' -as a part ofit's business model-. Imagine how Wall Street will react when it finds out that Chipotle is under investigation by the SEC forthese corporate advocated deceptions. What apologies and excuses will you offer your shareholders when the Chipotle share pricedrops to less than $100 a share? Do better. Read more

I love chipotle but this location might be the slowest location I?ve ever been at. I have walked out several times due to how... slow it is as they are trying to do mobile orders in the line while servicing customers in the store at the dinner rush. Theyneed a better system in place because I choose to drive farther sometimes knowing it will take 20 minutes to get my food. Read more

I ordered a sofritas bowl and asked for a little bit more sofritas because I don't do rice or beans. I got an extra half spoon... of sofritas. I asked for a side of queso but they didn't have any. I asked if they would have some anytime soon. The younglady said "not in a while." When I went to pay the young cashier girl said a pricey total because she said my bowl had a doubleportion of sofritas (it was Not a double portion - see picture). When I told her that it wasn't even a full 2nd spoon she said:"That's just the way we do it." No apologies for overcharging. No apology for no queso. And no napkins anywhere. Read more

Everytime we come here this location never has PLAIN white rice. We stand in line for 10+ minutes almost every time and they're... always "really sorry" but never have white rice. Other locations sometimes do have the plain rice and the Howe Ave has become alast resort for dinner. Won't be back to this location and honestly probably any chipotle in the area. We always come in HOURSBEFORE CLOSING when they should have plain rice left. Awful, slow service anyway at every chipotle in our area. We'll bechoosing other places in the area to spend our money. ???? Read more

Chipotle has continued on a downward trend of providing passable food. While service was great it just seems like the food is... never as good as it used to be. It's as of they're going through an identity crisis. EDIT: I have since revisited the locationand had a much better experience overall. Customer service on point and food was fresh! I look forward to giving them a 5 starreview upon another successful visit. Read more

I don?t appreciate employees acting like the meat portions come out of their literal paychecks. I asked for a little bit more... meat (barbracoa) because the young woman acted like she couldn?t understand me all of a sudden although she heard me when I saidwhat type of rice and beans I wanted, with that being said I asked for a little bit more and was charged for a double portion.Mind you it still wasn?t much. If I am spending $10 on a bowl and paying already a up charge of $2+ to get a beef based meatthan I would like to get $10 worth of food. I asked for guacamole and chips at the register and it took 4 minutes for theemployee to get it while another employee stood around and didn't do anything chatting clocking out instead of ringing me (thecustomer) up first. I wouldn?t be upset if it wasn't The fact I was on my lunch break and it took 1/3 of my break to get foodthanks to the fact I refuse to order online with this store because unless you?re in front of the workers here they?ll give youthe bare minimum for your online order. Consistently terrible. I work only a few miles down the road and have ordered here twice this month. Both times have been... terrible! They are very skimpy on the ingredients compared to other locations in the area, and the workers are NOT friendly. Iordered a salad today and it had 6 (yes 6) pieces of lettuce! I couldn't help but laugh when I opened it. Even when they makethe food in front of you they only put a half scoop of chicken and they side eye you when you ask for more. Absolutely shameful.Will not be returning. Read more
