Pizza was dry, no sauce, slim on toppings and very doughy. I don't think it was cooked thru all the way. We always hated... Dominos and thought we would give it another try.. that pizza should be free. Will never eat it again. Read more
Received left over pizza I forgot to make lunch for work so I decided to order pizza so I could take it to work usually they?ll... take 30minutes to make but today I received message 10 minute after ordering saying they on the way to deliver I felt suspiciousso the time they delivered I check it was all greasy it look so nasty looked like it was over left pizza and it was supposed tobe crunchy but nah it wasn?t taste it like the reheat the pizza Read more
On the two items for $5.99: you get a half bowl of salad and on the wings, they?re so small u need a microscope.
Pizza had strange texture and way too much flour on the bottom. Below average taste. It was hot and on time.
Worst customer service I?ve ever had. Our online order said it would be here in 30 mins, we called after waiting for 80 mins... (which in my opinion was more than patient) just to be greeted with extreme rudeness and being told that we can cancel our orderor wait another 20 mins for our pizza. I wasn?t offered a discount or any compassion whatsoever. When I tried to ask why weweren?t notified of the delay, she hung up on me. My husband was waiting for food to take his medication after having a surgerylast week, so it would have been nice to been told that our order would take 1 hr 40 mins to get to us. I called back threetimes before she answered again just so I could tell her that I wanted to cancel my order. She replied with ?cool? and hung upagain. I?d be willing to bet that her lack of customer service (not notifying the customer of huge delays and being rude on thephone) has cost the driver a lot in tips tonight, unfortunately. We?ve only ordered from here one other time and the cheese onour pizza slid off to one side of the box. Tried again tonight because our favorite local places (Mark & Philly?s, Lucci?s)close earlier, but we?ll just get Marco?s next time. Read more
Ordered food at 3:05 and it?s 4:23 order still has not arrived called and got manager said the driver had multiple deliveries... but said was delivered at least 10 min prior and I have yet to get my order absolutely not acceptable will never return here asa customer the driver left according to the message at 4:00 it?s now 4:30 food arrives it freaking cold go elsewhere pizza hutdoes better job getting hot food within 20-30 never ordering here again Read more
I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and extra sauce and a regular pepperoni and I could not tell the difference. Seemed ... like nothing extra. I told the manager this and her response was the one with extra cheese has less pepperoni because of theirweight standards. Also the pizzas were mushy and undercooked. She was very snarky, didn?t apologize and had to get the lastword. If that?s the corporate standard I?m done with dominos. Read more
