The person that delivered my pizza was late and awkward. As I was tipping them my child said, "hi what's your name". They... continued to stand there and simply stare. After that awesome encounter, I open the box if my delayed arrival pizza it was burntand the ingredient I requested be left off the pizza (ham) was sprinkled all over my expensive and did I mention, LATE order. So we love Donatos pizza but this location is the worse! I hate that I?m writing this but twice now we?ve had awful experiences... and this last one is the final one. We ordered a pizza and found multiple hairs not one 1 but multiple hairs in our pizza! Weended up just throwing the rest of it away bv we were so grossed out. Caprese salads are supposed to have mozzarella in them. Rest of the salad was fine.
These people are so nice!! We dined in and they couldn't be more friendly. Clean dining room, fast service. We've loved Donatos... since the 80s - thin crust is the best. Try the grilled cheese pizza. It's really good! Our go-to order includes a founder'sfavorite, chicken spinach mozzarella, and Hawaiian. Yes, pineapple belongs on this pizza ????! Read more
Not only did I sit at the drive thru window for 10 minutes (there were no customers in the restaurant), but my pizza was burnt.... I am.sure they saw the burnt pizza when putting it in the box. What a waste of money! Read more
