This place sucks. Whenever they botch your order, they just shrug because they can't refund your purchase through the app.... They've told me to come talk to the manager (who apparently leaves at noon and rarely shows up anyway) TWICE this week aboutwrong orders. My order apparently didn't go through whatever their trash system is, and somebody there told me the manager won'tallow them to make orders unless they have a ticket. I literally show them the order on my app, the time, the item, and thestore. They keep blaming the manager. It's a total joke, and I guarantee if I ever get to speak to the manager, they'll becompletely incompetent. Read more
Rough morning at Dunkin' donuts, All I wanted was a coffee in a snack. Ordered the stuff bagel bites, At the drive-in window I... could hear the employees making fun of my my order that that's all I was gonna get. There is not great service here. The staff working the drive through have been a bit cold and rude on the last 2 visits that I... made. On this visit the wait in the drive through line was incredibly long. The donuts are tasty, but the iced coffee was justokay. Read more
Stop there this morning, asked a question about the menu, The lady at the speaker preferred to be rude in stead of helpful. I... ordered two things and they only put one of them in the bag. My change was $15, Instead of a ten and a five the man at the driveup window made sure I had five singles so I could put a tip in the tip cup he placed put right in your face. Never seen a driveup window asking for tips. They should concentrate on getting the order correct and less on getting tips. Read more

America runs on Dunkin? Looks like america isn't running anywhere with how slow this Dunkin is. Took 16 minutes just to order my... food at the drive through. There were 8 cars ahead of me. This coffee is made in large quantities and the food is thrown in amicrowave oven for a minute. Why does it take 16 minutes just to order my food. Took another 8 minutes to get to the window topay for my food. Then another 3 until my food was in my hand. How does it take me 27 minutes to order a sandwich and coffee?
