Tried to order box deal that was on the sign before the drive-up menu, was told the deal no longer existed. So placed order for... tender box with mashed potatoes and gravy and honey mustard dip, got fries and bbq sauce instead. This on top of waiting in linefor over 15 minutes. We ordered a 12 pc tender for a family meal and got 12 hot wings instead. Tried to call and the call was ripped to the fax, then... just rang busy. When leaving, you have to check your food because 9/10 your order is wrong or items are missing. This time, I had some type of... fungus growing out of my chicken. I arrived at this location 30 minutes after they opened. My chicken was not hot (not evenwarm), it was hard, and my biscuit was not desirable as well. I came in to return it. I waited 10 minutes for someone (who Iassume was the manager or the only person with access to the front cash register). She came, looked at the receipt that I hadgiven to the person before her, didn?t even acknowledge me, opened the register, put the money on the counter for the refund andwas about to walk away before I said something to her. Another manager called to ?apologize? about the situation but she triedto debate me stating there?s no way the chicken could not have been fresh when I received it because they never give out oldchicken. So, I asked why was my chicken cold and hard (not to mention the stuff growing out of it), when I arrived 30 minutesafter they opened. It had to be from the night before or longer. She couldn?t answer and had an attitude the rest of the calland kept stating ?that?s not possible?we don?t serve old chicken?that?s not possible. I don?t know what you want me to do.?
