I usually don?t have any issues at this location. This is one of the only McDonald?s that I have been to that make a pumpkin ice... coffee correct with 6 pumps of cream and 6 pump of pumpkin for a large. I also love the filtered water here as it tastes verypure. I love the lady at the drive thru window in the mornings she?s has long hair and is thin built. Layout inside a bit different then most of the other McDonald's locations I been to either rebuilt, replace or remodeled. I... ordered from the kiosk then to the register to pay. The last two times I?ve gone to this location the person working the drive through was so polite and patient! Was worried... because I went 40 minutes before closing time. But instead of attitude and cold food I was greeted with a very sincere ?Welcometo McDonald?s, what can we get started for you?? and fresh hot food! I am so angry it's not even funny. MY mistake was not checking the dinner box before I left, because two of the four sandwiches... were missing! Half the meal! And as I was unloading it, everything was lukewarm at best. It wasn't nearly a long enough drivefor the food to already be cold, which means it wasn't warm to begin with. So I. All, they say drive back and they'll replacethe missing items. I drive all the way back (so I've now had to make this drive three times at this point) and enter the store.There is a rather loud noise signalling that someone has entered. Did anyone greet me? No. I stood at the counter almost 5minutes before someone glanced my way and asked if I needed anything. I told them I was the person who called and before I couldfinish my sentence, they nodded and turned around, cutting me off. At least they know who I was and what I needed, but theycould have AT LEAST let me finish my sentence. I watched as they put my burgers in the bag, then came back to hand them to mewith a nod. No "we're sorry for the inconvenience" or even a "here you go, have a nice day". I almost said something, but thefloor was so gross that I was sliding around and I didn't want to be in there any longer than I had to. This is where I made mysecond mistake. THE FOOD. WASNT. EVEN. WARM! So I made the same drive twice and STILL HAD TO MICROWAVE MY FOOD! I would ratherdrive out of my way to avoid this McDonald's at this point ???????????? Read more

This location is close to my house. For the last 6 months or so I have been going to the chapel hill McDonald's. Bc I hate... paying for food I don't get. I called the last time my order was wrong and they have us a free sandwich, but it was wrong too.We couldn't go inside, so we had to wait through the drive through again, so by the time we got home. The rest of our food wascold. We try it again today. We ordered 2 big macs with extra mac sauce on the side. 2 cheeseburgers. 2 medium fries & a 10pc.When I asked if there was extra mac sauce, the kid turned to another employee, then looked at me and said no it was too late forextra sauce. IT WAS 930pm. When I got home. We had no mac sauce at all not even on the burgers. The cheeseburgers were missingmustard & pickles. Plus we no sauce for our nuggets. Didn't even bother calling. The wait was way too long going through the drive-thru. I understand that getting employees is tough and I could have went... somewhere else. Live and learn. When we did get our one fish sandwich it was cold so we waited to get a hot one. The crew insideforgot we were waiting. My wife really wanted her fish sandwich so she called the store from the parking lot and they hadforgotten us. Finally the fish sandwich made it. In my opinion temporarily the concept of fast food is dead and before all thishappened with the economy McDonald's was starting to lose its value. Read more
