I've been to Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, and this place for subs in Cuyahoga Falls. So far this is the only one I've bothered... returning to. Best sandwiches in the area. Also the staff was awesome! Read more

I visit there yesterday for a sandwich and some fries. The fries was a little bit burn or cook a little to much. The server... didn't want to change the order and cook me some more. District manager Jose fired me over false accusations from customers that cameras could prove were false. All the company wants... to do is keep themselves comfortable and not let any other employees grow. Has an ego issue, was clenching his teeth while I wastrying to communicate with him. Very unprofessional, and should be retrained. He seems to have less self control than my dog.
