Messed up my order for the 100th time and said they issued credits to my account. When I tried to get another order with my... credits the manager literally hung up on me. This is unprofessional and just lost this store business. Nothing but a headacheevery time. This store is managed so poorly it actually made me lose my appetite. Read more

I ordered pizza online with my bf and all we had was a $50. In the area where it asks if there are any instructions for the... delivery driver I informed them we were paying with a $50. Next thing I know I?m getting a phone call saying they can?t deliverbecause they can?t carry change for a $50. What the heck? After the $5.00 delivery charge plus a tip I?m up to $30! So you meanto tell me they aren?t allowed to drive with a $20?! I give this location chance after chance and all they seem to do is screwit up. I?d say its time to get new management. Read more

Go here!!! it?s the best run pizza joint around a 30 mile radius. Our secret is our amazing general manager, Greg! He?s the best... boss I?ve ever had and everyone likes him, he?s just a great guy. This shows in his customer care and performance as well, notjust his personality. If you are a customer, he will always make it right. If you are an employee, he makes you feel likefamily. The 20 min wait in drive thru was absurd. 3 customers backed out of line and went elsewhere. I placed a order for 8 and didn't... get home until 9. The front door is always locked, it should be open for carryout at least! Bad experience and I won't returnanytine soon. I'll get my pizza from other businesses where I can at least walk inside and pick up! Read more

I was not alerted that pizza was on its way, after a hour and 15 minutes called the store several time said they will open at... 11pm. Driver had left our pizzas on the front stoop without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Nasty cold pizza! I want my $34dollars back! Read more

Not the first time but more like the 4th,maybe because I used points. Thought that was the point of having them. Still pretty... simple order to fill. 1 large 2 topping,and 1 large any made it a meat lovers Xtra sauce and the crazy part you pay an Xtradollar to get the original crust they started out with. X tra sause doesn't mean no sause. I mean none. My experience with thisstore has just gotten really bad. Do they not train? Do they not read directions? It wasn't a complicated order. Not busy,preorder pretty simple,but not what I paid for. If you want to give me bad pizza because I used my points then you shouldn't let meearn them. Read more

He went way above and beyond to rectify a HUGE... mistake pizza hut made on my order and was so kind and understanding about the whole situation.
