The bathrooms were disgusting! No toilet paper in any of the stalls and there was trash, clothing tags and empty panty hose... packages all over the floor. The coolers were not stocked anytime recently as most of the shelves were empty or had 1 or 2options. We informed the cashier and his "ok" response was more than obvious that he wasn't going to do anything about thecondition of the bathrooms. Judging by the poor reviews already made, I don't see the conditions improving at this location. Irecommend driving a little further and finding a different gas station. Read more
Store is aweful. Most the workers are lazy and very interested and not helpful with anything. Made a Sheetz order through the... app for a set time and I got there and nothing was done. Asked about it and got ignored. Waited a little bit and finally justsaid screw it and left. I'll never go back there and that would be my recommendation for everyone else also. Read more
I understand that, since basically nowhere else is open after about 11pm, Sheetz gets very busy. Thus, it's understandable that... there is a bit of a wait to get one's ordered food. However, Sheetz corporate should understand this and perhaps have more foodprep workers scheduled later? I routinely have to wait 20-30 minutes in a crowd of people also waiting for their food. The Sheetz on Howe Ave is the worse Sheetz around. In August, I injured myself in their bathroom. I reported it to the cashier... and asked to talk to the manager. The manager was unable. I left crying, bleeding and in pain. I sent multiple emails to thecompany with no answer. Im not post the pictures of the wound but I do have them. Read more
