The bathrooms were disgusting! No toilet paper in any of the stalls and there was trash, clothing tags and empty panty hose... packages all over the floor. The coolers were not stocked anytime recently as most of the shelves were empty or had 1 or 2options. We informed the cashier and his "ok" response was more than obvious that he wasn't going to do anything about thecondition of the bathrooms. Judging by the poor reviews already made, I don't see the conditions improving at this location. Irecommend driving a little further and finding a different gas station. Read more
Store is aweful. Most the workers are lazy and very interested and not helpful with anything. Made a Sheetz order through the... app for a set time and I got there and nothing was done. Asked about it and got ignored. Waited a little bit and finally justsaid screw it and left. I'll never go back there and that would be my recommendation for everyone else also. Read more
I understand that, since basically nowhere else is open after about 11pm, Sheetz gets very busy. Thus, it's understandable that... there is a bit of a wait to get one's ordered food. However, Sheetz corporate should understand this and perhaps have more foodprep workers scheduled later? I routinely have to wait 20-30 minutes in a crowd of people also waiting for their food. Anyone wanting food from Sheetz should travel to the Hudson Dr & Steels Crnrs (Rte. 8) Sheetz. Much better and only 3 minutes... drive North. Franchise owner & staff at Sheetz #317 by Rte. 8/Chapel Hill plaza do not care. Look at the pic I took beforeleaving. Read more
I just spent 30 minutes standing in the store waiting for the food I ordered and this dude has the nerve to give me cold fries!?... How is that a thing? Make the fries last! This has become the worst Sheetz in the area. The drink coolers are half emptyat all times and the service is never great. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different Sheetz. Read more
Disastrous inside and out. The parking is full with garbage from overflowing trash cans. Cigarette butts everywhere. You can... barely see the grass they do have as it's littered with garbage. I feel bad for the dealership next door to have to deal with it Inside is just as bad, if not worse. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors are a wreck. I'm sure thefryers haven't been cleaned properly in quite some time. And the coolers are sitting at about 50% capacity.... The place is inpretty rough shape compared to other locations. Read more
The Sheetz on Howe Ave is the worse Sheetz around. In August, I injured myself in their bathroom. I reported it to the cashier... and asked to talk to the manager. The manager was unable. I left crying, bleeding and in pain. I sent multiple emails to thecompany with no answer. Im not post the pictures of the wound but I do have them. Read more
