I was enjoying my food when a hair comes out of my food. I couldn?t eat another bite they could give me a redound for something... that was there problem and they brushed it off like it was nothing. I placed a mobile order for a footlong on flatbread. Not only was the sandwich not toasted (which is standard for all flatbread... sandwiches) but it wasn't even cut. At least all the ingredients I asked for were on the sandwich but it seems that staffmembers feel like they can get away with doing a bad job since you can't watch them as they make your order. Subway 2924 State Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH - I had a horrible experience last night when ordering online. I looked online to see... when this location closed and it said it closed at 8PM. I ordered my food at 7:08pm and received a confirmation email saying myorder would be ready by 7:20PM. When I got there to pick up my order, I was told by the staff that they received no order andthat they were short staffed. I told them about the confirmation email and ask about a refund. I was told I would have to getthat online. (???) So in the meantime I drove around back to leave and saw 3 employees leaving. (???) Thought they were shortstaffed? Or maybe it was that they didn't want to work. I checked my email again and it showed that my order was cancelled.Which means that was from the staff. The email states if this was you then your all set. Which I did not cancel the order. Cansomeone please do something about this. No excuse for laziness. I still don't have my money back either. Ordered online and when I got there a girl name Aubrey said they were closed (even though I got there at 5 and online it says... they close at 9). The app took my money and she said I can get a refund through the app. I?ve looked everywhere and that?s notan option. My order was $15 so I?m out $15. Had to call for 3 days to get the manager who still didn?t refund me my money. Iended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Such a mess. I?ll never go here again. Read more

I ordered footlongs online and I drove 10 minutes there. I waited in the car for a bit because it was a pretty big order. About... 5 minutes later I went in and saw they just started making our order, and we were the only customers there. The workers kept onstareing at us and looked annoyed of us. We were just stood by the side quietly waiting for our order. When I turned over tolook at the process, I just saw her starring right into my eyes with a annoyed expression and made me super uncomfortable. Wewent out to our car to wait because I couldn't stand how uncomfortable the atmosphere was. It took them 35 minutes to make a fewfootlongs when there isn't any other orders. I was going to only give a one star review until I saw they kept the subs together.The sandwich were organized. However, the everything taste watered down! Many of the vegetables were not fresh, only onions,banana peppers and green pepper were fresh. None of my family finished the sandwiches because everything tasted very bland. Ihave had subways many times but this is the worst experience I have with it. I usually order at another subway store and wedecided to try this one out. There was fruit flies in the veggie display. I was just informing them and stating I didn?t want the veggies; asked for a... discount and she had a bad attitude, ask to speak with management, he didn?t do anything but ignore the fact there was bugs inthe darn veggies, all he had to say was, oh ok. Sub was decent but uneducated people will lose a lot of business. Bought myself a footlong bmt with just the bread toasted....... wasnt open in the toaster and the middle was not toasted... thats fine. Ordered a footlong portion of turkey on the side for mtdog, like i do every day almost, and got charged for a full footlong. I asked if thats how she charged it and she said yes thatshow they have to do it. I know for a fact you can buy a meat portion on the side for around 4 bucks, because again, i do thisalmost every day. So i said not its not but whatever and she said ok. Didnt care to check if she overcharged me. Will notreturnto this subway and i recommend anyone else drive a lil further and go to a different one. This one might rob you and tellu they didnt. Stopped in for lunch yesterday. It was clear they were understaffed. The young man at the counter acknowledged us and said... he'd be with us shortly. Then another young man came out of the back with a cloth wrapped around his hand announcing to hiscoworker and the dining room that he'd cut himself, and was talking about blood and scabs.
