Waited at the counter for roughly 8 to 10 minutes. Noone spoke a word to me. There were 3 girls standing around talking about... their personal lives, one of which worked the drive-thru. Finally a fourth employee appeared from the office and apologized forbeing short staffed. I looked at the other 3 girls then back at her and said "Oh? Uhhhh ok? (Like really? How dumb do I look?)She rudely took my order. They had someone from the drive-thru come in because he ordered 4 party packs and the other 3 girlsworked to fill that order but somehow they were short staffed when it came to taking my order. I'd stopped going to this location about a year ago due to consistent issues with the food/service. Today I was in the area and... decided to give it another shot. My burrito was perfect and although the cinnabons were kinda hard they weren't terrible (Idon't get fastfood drinks). I'm cautiously hopeful that I can continue to get good food here. Read more
First let me say, I understand that pretty much everywhere is understaffed. That being said, I ordered 3 hard nacho cheese... tacos, cinnamon twists and nachos and cheese. On the tacos, there was only meat in 1/3 of the taco, it didn't even go the lengthof the taco. The rest of the taco was lettuce, there wasn't even any cheese on it. As for the cinnamon twists and nachos, theywere cooked in old oil. I mean, I'm talking you could taste it on the food making it inedible. To top it all off, they got mydrink wrong. All that being said, I do hope that they do better in the future because for me, this was 100% a complete waste ofmoney since most of it went in the trash. Read more
I seem to always have issues with them getting the order correct. Tonight I stopped for my daughter and myself, ordered 3 soft... tacos with no cheese they had meat and cheese only. Also ordered a chili cheese burrito( easy enough) it had onion on it. Get ittogether people it's fast food not rocket science. I'll go to a different one from now on if I choose to eat there again!! I recently came to this Taco Bell, It was fairly late and close to closing time. The person I assume to be the manager was... extremely rude. And that?s putting it nicely I?d love to give this place 0 stars for the rude manager and the terrible food shemade out of anger but I chose to give it 3 stars because Lynn is a saint ( Lynn would get infinite stars if my review wassolely about her ). She was very polite and just so nice to deal with. Whoever is in charge should definitely give her a niceraise and really show they appreciate her, as she is one of the nicest cashiers I?ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Read more
Always incredibly slow to get through the drive through. You get sucked in thinking there's only 2 cars in front of you and... it'll be quick and then you're trapped waiting for 20 minutes. It's insane, it has been like this for years. Read more
