I do door Dash with my daughter and we received an order that we accepted for Wendy's, being in the area, and upon arrival we... were told at the speaker just a minute. No problem until close to 12 minutes lapsed and nobody responded so we waited patientlyuntil somebody asked for us to order and we disclosed we had a pickup. Usual routine, pull up to the window and we continued towait. Approximately 18 minutes had passed by until someone came to say they just dropped the chicken in the fryer, mind you ittakes anywhere from 4 to 6 minutes for that procedure to be completed. Time kept passing by, close to 30 minutes now. We tappedon the window to find out what the holdup was and she had a very sharp and spiteful attitude. This order should have beenstarted at the time that they received it and I'm sure it was well before we got a pickup request. All said and done when wefinally received the food that was supposedly just done it showed no signs of being freshly made or warm from the touch throughthe bag. These employees that were at that time servicing customers were very incompetent, deceiving and plan out right justdon't do their job. Wendy's you need to hire more efficient people. I myself personally or anybody that's associated will neverever go to that establishment.. not professionally efficient at all. Read more

They're always either not open or not accepting mobile orders whenever I come there to pick up a delivery. Doesn't matter what... time of day. And they'll actively ignore you or refuse to open the window (while they're still doing drive thru, and have a lineyou just waited in, mind you, and after multiple failed attempts at calling store) to tell you they're not doing mobile orders,just so you can even get the reason to input for cancelling someone's order/calling support. Extremely rude and just ignorant.Also had the guys ignoring me the one night finally say they're aCtUaLLy closed and they close whatever time they WaNt to, andtOo BaD about what the door or website says. Oh and they never answer the phone, it just rings until a loud, incessant dial-upcomes on. I've literally only been able to successfully pickup one order here, months and months ago. The hours on window now(as of tonight) say open 8am to 9pm everyday.. just a heads up lol. Read more
This location is hit or miss..went through the drive thru at 7:30 pm, ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and Crunch Wrap Supreme, just... over $12 DOLLARS!, received no napkins,no fork, no hello or Thank-you from the guy at the window and Crunch Wrap was mostlydough, had NO cheese and barely ANY meat,NO sour cream,and the few tomatoes on both orders were yellow. In drive through 1 car orders then all other cars have to wait to order till 1st car is served. The owner must be ecstatic about... reporting false wait numbers to corporate. This is really sad the customer sufferers.Been happening for months. Read more
Past 2 times I?ve been here it?s cash only. Barely anyone keeps cash on them. No signs stating that, so you wait in the long... just to be told cash only at the speaker. When I came Friday and was lucky enough to find a few dollars in my car, my quesadillawas barely cooked. Hard chicken I could barely chew, and the cheese was cold and stringy. Read more
Been in drive thru line since 6:26... It now 7 and I just got to the window. The service is BEYOND SLOW no matter what time you... come here. There can be 3ppl in line and you'll still wait forever... The employees are great, the foods made well and alwayscorrect but they have got to do something about the wait time. Ridiculous.
