I was very upset. We waiting in the line for a half hour basically and the lady who took our order , after our order she told me... to wait at the speaker so we did. Sat there for another 10 minutes and so I said hello? And she said ok go ahead with your orderand I repeated some of it and she finished it for me and then she said WITH an attitude to pull around. Then she continued tohave some attitude. And not only that they forgot a extra side of cheese sauce we asked for. Yesterday, I brought a group of girls, after tubing in Cuyahoga Falls, to get food. They walked into the Taco Bell with their... swimsuits. Which was not a great idea, but the way the she/manager handled the situation was over the top. Instead of explainingthe policy of wearing clothing to the girls, she yelled at them about basically wearing underwear and a bra into the Taco Bell.If life is so difficult for her and she can't handle a situation in a professional manner, maybe she shouldn't have so muchresponsibility of being the manager. The woman working the drive thru SHOULD NOT be in food service.
