I was very upset. We waiting in the line for a half hour basically and the lady who took our order , after our order she told me... to wait at the speaker so we did. Sat there for another 10 minutes and so I said hello? And she said ok go ahead with your orderand I repeated some of it and she finished it for me and then she said WITH an attitude to pull around. Then she continued tohave some attitude. And not only that they forgot a extra side of cheese sauce we asked for. They have a side of shredded cheeseinstead of nacho when we clearly said nacho cheese. I may just be being petty but I?m very upset. Yesterday, I brought a group of girls, after tubing in Cuyahoga Falls, to get food. They walked into the Taco Bell with their... swimsuits. Which was not a great idea, but the way the she/manager handled the situation was over the top. Instead of explainingthe policy of wearing clothing to the girls, she yelled at them about basically wearing underwear and a bra into the Taco Bell.If life is so difficult for her and she can't handle a situation in a professional manner, maybe she shouldn't have so muchresponsibility of being the manager. Worst Taco Bell experience of all time. I?ve worked at Taco Bell for 2 years and never had bland taco meat like they put water... in it or something it was horrendous. Manager was extremely rude and said i could not take pictures. I asked for a refund. They don't even take your order. There is a... kiosk. And they don't give you a receipt. The woman working the drive thru SHOULD NOT be in food service. She was extremely rude the entire time from the speaker to the... window where she proceeded to slam the window in my face, never asked us a single question never even said thank you and didn?teven give me a receipt.
