**Soooo Sloooow!! I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order that they never even brought out! I ended up going in to see what... the hold up was, only to be told they don?t do curbside delivery! They had no salads at 7:30pm. So I figured I'd try the Honey Hot Chicken sandwich. However, they only put the sauce and tomato.
Came through to get a Frosty, for whatever reason the first time the employee ran my card it declined. So I had to hand it back... for them to run again and another employee standing behind the one at the window stars laughing and says ?oh she?s mad!? (Iwasn?t, just confused because I knew the card was fine.) Apparently one of the other employees didn?t know I was still at thewindow because they shouted ?DECLINED!!? at the top of their lungs like?? I?ve worked in foodservice for most of my life and myfirst job was even a Wendy?s that I was at for 3.5 years. For whatever reason, the employees who work at this store are veryrude and act like they?re mad at you for even being there. Food was pretty good though I had 2 very different experiences. On both visits I had their new spicy honey chicken sandwich... which is delicious when prepared correctly! The second visit however they forgot the honey sauce! Not just that though theyseemingly forgot all the sauces for everyone else as well! Read more
The staff is very nice. However ordering spicy nuggets always presents a "pull forward and wait" issue. Today order spicy... nuggets combo with any extra order of spicy nuggets. Had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for cold nuggets and the wrongsized fries. Asked for Large fries and was told had to wait 40 secs. Noticed that nuggets were cold, dry and hard and guesswhat....i gotta wait again. So far we've been in this line 30 minutes and no food. So much for fastfood?????????????????????????????????. If you come here and they tell you to pull forward be prepared to wait a while. This isthe third time this has happened. Read more
The rep that took my order was very kind & extremely professional?..unfortunately my food was 100% wrong. Cheese was not added... to my sandwich as I requested & asked for & my potato wedges was cold. This is not the first time this has happened. Apparently no one can take drive thru orders on a Sunday? Waited for over 5 minutes at the speaker with no one aknowledging that... we were waiting. Pulled up to the window to be told by the person at the window they don't take orders. Also told the wait wasdue to the dining room being open? Grabbed Journey (the manager???) who lapped the building to come back and say she will grabsomeone who can take an order. No thank you. Went for MCnuggets instead. Read more
Today was By far the worst experience to date with this location. It was a simple order 1 single bourbon bacon burger combo 1... order of cheese fries with no cheese sauce 1 order of chili cheese fries 1 order of 6 piece nuggets 1 large coke Simple as itcan get. Burger had the wrong toppings and was cold Got 2 orders of chili fries with no cheese at all Nuggets were cold andstale Soda was flat And the fries were absolutely sitting out for several hours, they're were cold and hard as a rock.
