Portions were big and more than worth the price. Service was good. Parking was right in front of the restaurant. I wasn't too... hungry so I wasn't paying attention to the food. I will be sure to go again and try out their home made pies. Read more
This is a wonderful country restaurant. The food is always excellent and the service is great. The waitresses are always... friendly and always checking to see if you are in need of something. You can't go wrong with any of the breakfast options andthe catfish and hashbrown casserole is excellent. I have eaten there many times and is my go to spot when I'm in Cynthianakentucky. Read more
Stopped in to check this place out. I wasn't that hungry and was wanting just a quick bite to eat. I settled on the Catfish... dinner. My Catfish filet was huge!! It was a very good dinner. I'll definitely go back. I wanna try the Kentucky Hot Brown nexttime. *Update: I returned and tried the Kentucky Hot Brown. It was good. Service was still top notch. Read more
My friend and I were here this morning for breakfast we both ordered the country boy breakfast which has a choice of country... ham, pork tenderloin or grilled chicken we opted for ham went to pay the bill to discover there was an additional charge for theham! An item that was a choice not an add on so that's a rip off then they add an additional fee for you to use your card! Willnot ever go back there again $37 plus for 2 people to have breakfast! This place has been in business for over 125 years and there's a good reason why, the food was off the chain! Best breakfast... I've had in a long time and the staff took really good care of our requests! Wish we lived closer. Read more
Best fried green tomatoes. Pork chop and corn pudding is great we drive 50 miles to eat here.
