The slowest KFC in the history of KFC.. I believe I could butcher and cook a chicken faster than their drive thru..

Honestly, just drive to Paris or Lexington if you want anything from KFC/TB. You'll get your food faster.
Ordered a family meal didn?t get all the chicken we paid for , they also shorted us a gravy, and the gravy we did get was watery... and flavorless. The food was all cold , biscuits were old as well and none of the food had flavor it was all bland the mashedpotatoes were very thin and cold . We actually stopped eating here a while back and decided to try again but it?s seems worsenow than it was a year ago. Needless to say we won?t be eating at the Cynthiana location again. Place really went downhill. Ive been there 3 times this week. Food was cold when receieved, famous bowl's mashed potatoes were... dried up to almost a solid, amd chicken was burned to a crisp. When i told them about it, i was directed to a very rude managerand was pretty much told to deal with it. Theyre too busy. Read more
Hate the slow service. Way to many employees on shift at one time. Way to much talking and not enuff food prep. It's always... messy. Management needs to step up. Be the Boss. When the owner is their place is clean and services is good. He should not haveto stand over yall just so that you do your job. One day maybe things will get bettter. Read more
For the past 8 years that I've lived here, this location is the slowest worst fast food place I have ever been to. We keep... thinking maybe it will be better/faster this time and in 8 years it hasn't changed. Takes wayyyy too long. 15-20 minutes eachtime with only a couple cars in front of us. TERRIBLE!!!
