Love Papa John?s. Never received a cold pie with barely any cheese on it before. Disappointing!
first order was ice cold, offered free medium pizza to make it right after complaints, just ordered free pizza and it?s now in... the oven because it?s dough. aside from the that i got hung up on for asking the status of the delivery after itd been an hourand half. would advise everybody to order snappy tomato or pizza hut in the area if they want a pizza you won?t have to cookyourself. better business and health dept will be called tomorrow. Love there pizza. They fix it just right. But a little slow and getting pizza on time. Last time is was suppose to be there in... 45 mins I live 2 mins away if that.it got here 1 hr and 15 mins later 30 mins over. They won't give a discount. Read more
Asked for a well done pizza with light sauce on two different occasions and the pizza came loaded with sauce and was barely... cooked at all. Update: have ordered multiple times after the previous review and the food was the same. Disappointing. Read more
Our 30 minute delivery time turned into an hoir and when we called to complain, the mgr said they have no control over delivery... times. When i complained, the driver never showed at all! I would give them a zero of I could. Poor service and even worsemanagement! Read more
It was hot and delicious and they walked it out to my car. We had a 2 year old so it made it very convient.
