This is the slowest subway I have ever been to. The staff always seems to be arguing with each other and seem like they could... care less about the job they do. This isn't my first time to this subway and I don't expect much but the Paris and Georgetownsubways run laps around the Cynthiana subway and its been this way for awhile. Read more

Cynthiana Subway disappointed Ordered 2 subs online and the clerk messed both up. No fresh mozzarella that I paid for. Wrong... toppings, including items that make me sick. Asked for dressing on side but placed directly on sub, making any leftovers soggy. Told the clerk they were not right but she didn't want to remake. She said she was just too confused, making 2 subs withdifferent breads and toppings. I kinda thought that was the whole idea of Subway.. oh and I didn't get my discount forordering online even. Avoid this subway lived in Cynthiana for 5 years now the first 3 you couldn't beat this subway friendly staff great food but at... some point they've switched staff around went in today with my child and wife the lady behind the counter (No mask only workerin the whole building without one) coughed three times and not once covered her mouth had two sandwiches made on the counter andone in her hand. Worse store ever ! Every single time I go into this store they only have white or wheat bread, how hard is it to thaw out and... bake all of the other breads they serve ? I don?t know if it?s the management or if it?s just plain laziness but I stood in aline last night for over 20 mins just to find out they only had white and wheat bread when ALL of the sandwiches I waspurchasing for myself and my family wanted Italian cheese & herb bread needless to say this isn?t the first , second or thirdtime this has happened to me at this location. Not very happy! Went on October 5th... Spent 45 minutes waiting. There was only 2 customers ahead of me, There were only 2... employees, one of which was working on an online order (I'm guessing) there were flies flying around EVERYWHERE and the meats,cheeses, and veggies had NO LIDS! The only positive, they changed their gloves at least 100 times in the 45 minutes I was there.Maybe you should have someone there just for online or call in orders, and at least 2 employees for the rest. While standing inline, at least 3 more customers walked in behind me, one of which left (which I should've, but hubby really wanted Subway) nexttime, I'll drive to Georgetown Read more
Sitting here staring at every worker play around and talk profanity while I wait on an online order that no one is fulfilling. I... gotta pick up my kids from school so now I?m gonna be late.
