Should really update your hours if you guys are gonna close 30 minutes before said time or maybe hire employees who don?t hate... their job?? I work in food service so I understand wanting to just go home but saying your closed 30 minutes before closingtime? We can still see you through the window so it?s pretty obvious how upset or annoyed this employee looked and they weren?teven doing anything other than just standing. Baskin Robbins tucked into the corner of the cypress center. It's a smaller store, but they have a public restroom. Same cakes... and ice creams they have at all the stores. My only complaint is its warm in there. Like they need the a.c. on or a strongindustrial fan because ice cream melts too damn fast. Other than that good service and pretty clean place. Read more
The 2 dairy free ice cream options were, ok. I think that being an ice cream place for so long they could have fone way better.... I'm only giving them 4 stars because the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and most importantly, honest. They don't feelthe dairy free is very good either. By the way the scoop was free thru their app. Read more
Don?t go to this location!!! Service was horrible. Not clean & bug on my cake! After waiting forever for the worker to write... ?happy birthday? on the cake (he stopped mid way to take a long phone order & by this time there was 4 different familieswaiting which he never acknowledged) once I got the cake I went to the car & my husband (the birthday boy) saw there was a deadbug in the middle of the cake. I immediately went back inside & the worker offered to remove the bug and give me the same cakeback. He wasn?t even surprised about the bug & not apologetic. Disgusting !!!! Sadly that was the last Oreo cake in that size. Ihad to get a smaller cake which was too small. I didn?t even get writing on it because of the many many people waiting & I hadalready been in the store over 15 min. I contacted corporate to advise them of this experience and they could care less.
